SUNDAY FORMS CLASS

SUNDAY FORMS CLASS FOR BROWN AND BLACK BELTS
No forms class Labor Day weekend, but after that I will have classes EVERY SUNDAY at 2:00 throughout the fall and winter months.

We will work on forms, one steps and self defense to get people ready to test for their black belts. Sharpen up your stances, work on creating power, and make sure your forms and one steps are done accurately.

Our branch prices run as low as $25/month and meet two times a week.

Unlimited classes at our main school for $70/month for 1, $120 for two, and $150 for the whole family. Come as often as you want. We offer 10 classes a week plus a brown and black belt class, a forms class and during the summer an extra morning class.
