No classes again tonight! We are still snowed in and Ankeny Schools were closed today so we will stick to our policy of no classes.

Master Jung has asked that all Black Belts be at his test by 1:00. Mr.. Wells' test could be around 2:00, but they might want pictures before the test. Please wear your iniforms with white pants and colored belts should wear their uniforms as well.

Tae Kwon Do demonstration Sunday, Labor Day weekend at noon in Madrid, Iowa, Jensen Park. If you are a MAA student you are welcome to come and take part. Demonstrations are always a great way to show off your art.

Hey, how about a trip up to New Hampton, Iowa for a tournament August 25th. Those people are super nice up there so it's always a great tournament.

We are kicking off a super opportunity for everyone. For the month of August if you are a present student and bring someone in who signs up for classes, they can start for 1/2 price and you get $20 toward any of our merchandise. We will be doing fall sweatshirts so get out there, talk up Tae Kwon Do, bring in your friends and you may earn your own fall sweatshirt.

Our fall tournament is officially set for October 27th please tell your students to put that on their calendar. Thanks for all you do and especially for all of your help while we are vacationing.

Join us for our annual July 4th picnic at Margo Francal park on 2nd ave, between Ankeny and Des Moines. Bring a dish to share and your own table service and drinks. We'll bring the beef and the volleyball net. Fun for the whole family!
We eat right at noon, but you are welcome to come early to hang out and play. They have running water this year! yippee!!

Mr. Kevin Tankersley will begin teaching classes in Maxwell, Iowa at Toot's cuttin Parlor in the back. classes will meet Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30pm and will cost $50.00 for a two month session.
