Our TKD program has over 100 active Black belts, and is taught in the traditional way. Classes consist of all belt levels with training by Black Belts. With over 15 branch schools around Central Iowa, there's sure to be one close to your location.

It’s been two years since Spencer started his Tae Kwon Do adventure. Those two years have been racked with new challenges, frustrations and great rewards. Eliot's been taking Tae Kwon Do now for a year and 4 months or so. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE it! He does too, most of the time. In the beginning I just thought it would be a great way for him to get physical activity and social interaction a couple times a week. What I didn't know was how much the values and disciplines would add to our lives.
