Our TKD program has over 100 active Black belts, and is taught in the traditional way. Classes consist of all belt levels with training by Black Belts. With over 15 branch schools around Central Iowa, there's sure to be one close to your location.

The Des Moines Walk to Defeat ALS
is Saturday, October 08, 2011 – 10:00 am (Registrations begins at 8:30) at Principal Park (Iowa Cubs Stadium).
As a participant of the Des Moines Walk to Defeat ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease): you can walk to support the fight against this devastating disease! You can support Jerry and others in this same situation, in this fight by joining a team or by making a donation. All funds raised through the Des Moines Walk to Defeat ALS™ go toward local patient services for families who are affected by this disease and for cutting-edge research to one day find a cure!
