Our TKD program has over 100 active Black belts, and is taught in the traditional way. Classes consist of all belt levels with training by Black Belts. With over 15 branch schools around Central Iowa, there's sure to be one close to your location.

Our fall tournament is officially set for October 27th, so mark your calendars.

Tournament Schedule
9:30-Registration
10:15-Black Belt meeting
10:30- Opening ceremonies – all
11:00- Adult Black Belt competition and Tiny Tigers competition
Brown belt adults and special needs (while other rings are setting up)
12:00- Black belt ring assignments & division assignments will be announced
12:05- All other divisions will compete in forms and breaking
Open Forms – weapons, team, musical etc.
Clear floor for grand championship forms
Reset rings for colored belt sparring
Black belt sparring, and
Grand championship sparring (Men and Women Black Belts)
