Tae Kwon Do
Our TKD program has over 100 active Black belts, and is taught in the traditional way. Classes consist of all belt levels with training by Black Belts. With over 15 branch schools around Central Iowa, there's sure to be one close to your location.

Personal Protection Class
Mon, 12/28/2009 - 9:14pm — mrbrewerJoin us on Saturday, January 2nd for a Personal Protection Class taught by local fighting legend and submission expert Mr. Ronnie Britt (The Warfrog). The class is open to adult black and brown belts. If you aren't a student, see Master Don Wells at the main school.
The class will be from 2 to 4 PM. The cost for the class is $30.
