We have a Tiny Tigers program that is age appropriate for our younger students (ages 4 to 6). Our regular program is for students 6 and older. You are never too old to start! We have students that are 60+ and active.
If you have concerns, come in and see us.

We urge you to attend every class that you can as mastery is gained through repetition.

However, colored belts should be attending class at least 2 times per week, three is preferred.

Brown belts and higher should be attending at least 3 classes per week with one of those a brown/black belt class on Wednesdays or Fridays.

You will need a minimum of 300 classes to test for your temporary black belt. The schedule above will achieve this.

You can find out dues here: http://www.martialartsamerica.net/og Click on a branch for details.
