Our TKD program has over 100 active Black belts, and is taught in the traditional way. Classes consist of all belt levels with training by Black Belts. With over 15 branch schools around Central Iowa, there's sure to be one close to your location.

The Martial Arts America School is dedicated to teaching the young and not so young the art of Tae Kwon Do.
Classes at all branches follow a loose structured curriculum of the following:
- Stretching to get warmed up and light kicking drills
- Up and down the floor movements (hand/foot techniques)
- Practicing of forms, One/Three steps sparring, and Self Defense
- No-contact free sparring.
